Del Rossi’s Trattoria is a much beloved local institution founded in 1989 by Elaina and David Del Rossi. The trattoria is set in a restored 1786 Georgian farmhouse located in the heart of the Monadnock region in Dublin, New Hampshire.

Over the years, patrons have enjoyed its authentic Italian cuisine, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and its warm and inviting atmosphere.

In the 80’s and 90’s Del Rossi’s added live music to their trattoria experience and featured hundreds of acts that included the likes of Alison Kraus, Iris Dement, John Hartfort, Norman and Nancy Blake, and Tim O’Brien. Del Rossi’s Trattoria has been featured in publications such as The Boston Globe, New Hampshire Magazine, and Yankee Magazine.

In July of 2023 Wayne Asbury and Bill O’Mahony took over ownership of Del Rossi’s Trattoria. Asbury and O’Mahony plan to honor the legacy created by David and Elaina by continuing the fresh, authentic Italian cuisine, cozy atmosphere and bringing live music back to the stage.
